This series of wall sconces and table or ceiling lamps are paper or paper mache pieces, which I perceive as illuminated sculptures.
They have evolved from many years of paper casting and paper sculpting. They are the larger and lighter existence of my previous ceramic or metal creations.
The commissioned work will be very close to the chosen piece, however,
no two lamps will be exactly the same. The lamps include the light fixture and prices range from $40. to $400. cdn.
These ceiling lamps clamp onto the existing light bulb and can be used safely with a 40 to 60 watt bulb.
They are generally 20" in diameter and can be commissioned in many other geometric or organic designs. They start at $80.00 cdn.
